Overview

All models have a user-friendly menu prompting with the clever Foxkey. IntelliGate Office terminals also provide the full range of useful telephone functions, from integrated team function to call lists and lists of answered calls and access to private and central phone books. All models are adaptable, configuration is simple and can be carried out in-house by the employees themselves or externally by the approved dealer.

The Aastra OfficeSuite can help you make the most of your office telephone – it offers full control of calls and messages from your computer; as well as a convenient presence management and status of all team members. A range of powerful options add significant value to the phone system and can be personalised to the user’s requirements. Aastra OfficeSuite operates with both fixed and cordless handsets and switches automatically to whichever telephone is currently in use.

Office 1600IP

Office 1600IP is a screen phone ideal for busy team users and demanding individuals who are always on the go.

Office 1560

Office 1560 PC Operator Console is a PC-based terminal with a clearly structured graphical screen interface that is ideal for handling high volumes of incoming traffic.

Office 80/80IP

The multi-functional terminal for most demanding user. In addition to its large back-lit display, the office 80/80IP has an integrated alphanumeric keyboard which saves users valuable time when searching for contact names or when writing text messages.

Office 70/70IP

The all-round model with an advanced range of features The large multi-function screen helps users access the full features of the IntelliGate system. 12 freely configurable keys are available for team, control and alarm functions and users can add a further 15 to 20 keys by connecting an extension key module. When used together with a headset, the Office 70 is also optimally designed for heavy telephone users, such as call centre agents.

Office 60/60IP

User friendly entry-level handset The Office 60/60IP fulfils all the main requirements placed on modern telephony. Thanks to the integrated display, the ten freely configurable keys and the innovative Ascotel IntelliGate system functions, users are optimally equipped for the demanding office activities.

Office 45 & 45Pro

The Office 45 & 45Pro can be used as feature phones, key telephones or operator consoles and are ideal when used anywhere that has to handle high volumes of telephone traffic.

Office 35

The Office 35 handles even the busiest telephone traffic volume with ease and ideally suited for dedicated teams that maintain close customer contacts. The feature and key telephone has an alphanumeric display with 2x24 characters. It offers hands-free capabilities and a practical headset mode.

Office 25

The Office 25 offers an excellent price-performance ration and is ideal for general use with its intelligent menu and alphanumeric display.

Office 10

The Office 10 is a cost-effective digital solution which allows even infrequent users to benefit from the powerful performance of the IntelliGate phone system.
