USB Call Recording

If you are using the 24 button 7000 series handset you can connect it via USB to your Desk top or Lap top PC. You can then record inbound and outbound calls as required. These calls will be saved to your PC as .WAV files allowing you to forward the recordings as email attachments. Outlook TM contacts can be downloaded to the Call Recording Application and you can even track costs by attributing a cost per second for all inbound or outbound recordings that are made, making it ideal for professionals such as solicitors wishing to charge for their time.

DECT Mobility

Use your mobile handset in conjunction with your desk phone. Set up the system so that direct calls to your extension can be sent simultaneously to your mobile. Once connected to your mobile you can chose to place callers on hold and transfer them to other extensions on the system. All you pay for is the cost of the call to the mobile. Once transferred back into the system the connection is dropped meaning no cost at all. This feature is included with standard system software.

Voicemail & Auto Attendant

LG systems boast a powerful, optional Voicemail and Auto-Attendant application. This allows users to take important messages when on the phone or away from their desks. The Voicemail/Auto-Attendant application also allows callers to route themselves to their desired destination by pressing single digits, play comfort messages to callers queuing to sales departments and allow regular paged announcements to be pre-recorded and stored under a button on the user's phone.
